INFORMATION
ON PASSENGER COMPENSATION CLAIMS UNDER PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE
2(1) OF GOVERNMENT DECREE 5/2012. (I.31)
Wewould like to inform you that the deadline for the submission
of reimbursement requests under Government Decree 5/2012 (I.31.) expired on 31
March 2012. Malév Ltd "under liquidation" terminated the processing
and reviewing of claims on 30 June 2012.
All claims that are justified and submitted within the nominated
timeframe have been compensated. Further reimbursements - due to accounting
responsibilities - are not possible.
